Healing & Reflection

A place to find the words for what you carry.

This is a curated doorway into Nai’s books, reflections, conversations, prompts, and resources—organized around the themes that shape her work.

01

Trauma & recovery

Writing that gives language to survival, memory, triggers, and the slow work of feeling safe in your own life again.

A note from NaiI learned that survival can teach you how to endure without teaching you how to feel safe. For me, recovery began with naming what happened without allowing it to define every chapter that followed.

02

Relationships

Reflections on romantic relationships, family dynamics, friendships, communication, vulnerability, boundaries, and recognizing when it is time to hold on or let go.

A note from NaiI’ve learned that every relationship—romantic, family, or friendship—can teach me something about what I need, what I accept, and how I show up. Connection should never require me to disappear.

03

Grief & loss

Space for the people, possibilities, identities, and versions of life we have lost—and for the person who continues becoming afterward.

A note from NaiI have learned that grief does not only belong to death. We also grieve relationships, lost time, missed possibilities, and the versions of ourselves we had to leave behind.

04

Self-discovery & rebuilding

Questions, practices, and honest stories for meeting yourself beyond survival mode and building a life that feels like your own.

A note from NaiI no longer see rebuilding as a return to who I was. It is a chance to choose who I want to become with everything I know now.

A note from Nai

Healing has never been a straight line for me.

Some chapters asked me to name what happened. Others asked me to notice what I was still carrying into my relationships, my grief, my work, and the way I saw myself. I write because honest words can help us stop pretending we are fine and begin meeting ourselves where we really are.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Take what speaks to you, move at your own pace, and give yourself room to become.

Pause and reflect

What are you carrying from what you’ve survived, who you’ve loved, what you’ve lost, and who you are still becoming—and what might it look like to make space for yourself now?

You can sit with the question, write for five minutes, or simply notice what comes up. There is no correct answer and no need to force one.

An invitation, not a prescription

Take what helps you feel seen. Leave what does not fit. Healing does not have to look the same for everyone.
