Preorders: Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks to receive tracking information. Tracking will be provided when your order ships. This preorder wait is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
In-stock processing and delivery estimates will be confirmed when inventory is available. Shipping charges and applicable delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and cancellations
All books, workbooks, and journals are final sale unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact naisha@wordtonai.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the request, Word To Nai may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the error was ours.
Cancellation requests are accepted only before order processing begins. Once processing has begun, an order cannot be canceled.
These terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
