Welcome to Word To Nai. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of wordtonai.com and purchases made through the website. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About Word To Nai
Word To Nai offers books, workbooks, journals, and related products created by Naisha Nickerson, also known as Nai The Writer.

Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, dimensions, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or the printing process.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary.
Orders and Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued.
Payments are processed securely through Wix and its supported payment providers. Word To Nai does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the complete order total will be displayed during checkout.
Preorders
Products identified as preorders are not immediately available for shipment. Any expected processing or release date shown on the product page is an estimate and may change.
If a preorder experiences a significant delay, we will contact the customer using the email address provided with the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Word To Nai currently ships within the United States. Orders are packed and shipped directly by Word To Nai.
Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed because carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our possession.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.
Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
All books, workbooks, and journals are final sale unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact naisha@wordtonai.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the request, Word To Nai may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the error was ours.
Cancellation requests are accepted only before order processing begins. Once processing has begun, an order cannot be canceled.
These terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
